£49 per employer per month is an implementation placeholder, not market research or founder-approved pricing. VAT treatment and final renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment-failure terms need confirmation. The current MVP covers joining a workspace and seeing access status; it does not include a wellbeing conversation feature.
